The suspects were arrested and arraigned for terrorising the student communities of Adakolo, Felele, Bassa Village and Crusher suburb areas of Lokoja, Kogi capital.
Mr Akinwumi, who congratulated the graduands on the academic feat, rejoiced with them and their families for the journey so far.

The enumerators and facilitators were tasked to ensure that every resident of Kogi was counted, irrespective of age and location.
