The insistence follows the refusal of the state chief judge to set up a seven-man panel to probe the allegations against the deputy governor.
The Assembly had served the deputy governor 14 allegations of gross misconduct amid his impeachment plot.
The State House of Assembly, through its counsel, Femi Emodamori, stated this on Monday.
Mr Emodamori later argued that the Nigerian worker and family members deserved higher than a prisoner’s daily feeding allowance.
Ruling on the case, Rose Soji, the tribunal’s chairman, promised that all applications would be accommodated and decided upon according to the law.
