He said the platform uses artificial intelligence to verify incidents.
Mr Giwa said the centre coordinated responses through the state’s toll-free emergency lines 767 and 112.
“These calls consume valuable time meant for genuine emergencies and, in some cases, delay life-saving interventions,” he said.
Mr Giwa said Alimosho recorded the highest number of emergencies with 1,507 incidents.
Mr Giwa also urged states to build stronger institutions, adopt technology, and foster collaboration to improve emergency management across Nigeria.
