The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) said KWAM1’s holding an aircraft hostage is considered an act of “terrorism in most climes.”
KWAM1 was seen trying to stop the plane from taking off.
Mr Keyamo described KWAM1’s conduct as “recalcitrant” and “totally unacceptable.”
Mr Keyamo accused ADC of reeling out isolated indices and figures, saying the ruling APC remained unruffled by the coalition’s growing popularity.
He said the project, fully funded by the Renewed Hope Infrastructure Fund, had been awarded to CCECC.
“When designing revenue bases, it must benefit all stakeholders, with economic activity as aviation facilitates trade,” Mr Jibodu explained.
He also stressed that passengers should remain the focus of all operations.
