The minister added that under his watch, the bureaucratic tendencies of the ministry would change.
“The two lanes of over 380km will be opened for commuters’ use between now and January, when the contractors are expected to resume after the Christmas break.”
This represents a 100 per cent payment of the funding of the Lagos-Badagry road rehabilitation under the tax credit funding of the NNPC Ltd.
Both roads are funded by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) under the Tax Credit Scheme introduced by the federal government.
