According to him, for Nigeria, palm oil is not merely an agricultural product but a cornerstone of food security.
Mr Tuggar said Nigeria also pledged to ensure stronger cooperation with international financial institutions and the private sector.
“We believe Somalia’s stability is integral to peace and security across the Horn of Africa and the wider African continent,” said Mr Tuggar.
“It’s impossible for there to be a religious persecution that can be supported in any way, shape, or form by the government of Nigeria at any level,” the minister said.
Nigeria and Germany are advocating for stronger multilateral cooperation to promote peace and security globally and uphold respect for international law.
“We welcome Ursu to Nigeria and look forward to deepening our collaboration with WHO under his leadership,” said foreign affairs minister Yusuf Tuggar.
Mr Tuggar disclosed this on Thursday during the presentation of Elias to the Diplomatic Community in Nigeria for the World Court election in November in The Hague, Netherlands.
