The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal upheld the election of Usman Ododo of the All Progressives Congress as the governor of Kogi.
The EFCC chairman listed diversion of funds, embezzlement, stealing, forgery, bribery among others as examples of corrupt practices.

The tribunal dismissed the PRP’s case against the Enugu governor.
“The petitioner failed to prove non-compliance with the 2022 electoral act and other irregularities,” Mr Owolabi said.
The counsel was unable to appear because he was ill, while others in the defence team could not also appear due to other engagements.
The group warned that the APC risks losing the senatorial seat if it fields Mr Danladi who has been in and out of court for forgery and age falsification.
The graft allegation, called the OPL scandal, was made against Shell and Eni acquisition of oil fields.
