The EFCC alleged that Mr Sirika abused his office as minister by conferring unfair advantage on Al Buraq Global Investment Limited.
The EFCC dragged Mr Sirika, his daughter, Fatima, Jalal Sule Hamma and Al-Duraq Investment Nigeria Limited to court for abuse of office and contract fraud.
According to the EFCC, the offence was committed in Abuja between August 2022 and May 2023.
Justice Inyang Ekwo could not hear the matter, which was number three on the cause list.
