The ex-vice-president condemned the security agencies’ “lack of anticipation and preventive measures.”

The former vice-president said he stood up to his principal at the time, former president Olusegun Obasanjo, and convinced him to “leave” Lagos for Mr Tinubu.
Mr Abubakar wants to use the document to prove Mr Tinubu committed perjury and, therefore, is unqualified to be Nigeria’s president.
