Russia has rejected the price cap of $60 per barrel imposed on its oil sales by the United States-led G7 countries, Australia and the European Union.
Meanwhile, to ensure the safety of the nuclear power plant, Mr Kosachev said complete control over the facility was necessary.
“We are expecting eight billion euros (8.2 billion dollars), but unfortunately, certain EU states, including Germany, are blocking verification of this issue.”
The bombing occurred as Russia prepared to mark the Monday anniversary of the Soviet Union’s victory over Nazi Germany in World War II.
Russia will now operate under the WTO’s General Tariff, which means that a 35 per cent tariff will be applied to virtually all of its exports
