Jimoh Ibrahim, APC senator representing Ondo South, says Saturday’s governorship election is free, fair, and credible.
The judgment was earlier fixed for September 18 by Justice Inyang Ekwo on July 5.
Mr Ganduje urged the campaign council to swing into action to ensure all members at the local government areas and unit levels campaign and vote.
On Tuesday, the Kano government filed a fresh charge against former Governor Abdullahi Ganduje.
The judge adjourned the matter until October 23 and 24 for the hearing of the preliminary objection and the main charge.
Mr Ganduje gave the commendation when he received the state governorship primary election committee report from Mr Ododo in Abuja on Tuesday.

Mr Ebute said that Ganduje was blazing a new trail in ideological politics in the country.
Mr Faduyile said choosing the direct mode would bring fairness and transparency and satisfy all the contestants jostling for the party’s ticket.
Mr Ganduje stressed that the essence of state creation was to spread development across the country.
