The prosecutor told the court that the convict committed the offence on May 5 at about 7:30 p.m. at Ibara Housing Estate in Abeokuta.
The police prosecutor said the defendants drove carelessly without due consideration on a public road, obstructed traffic, and without vehicle particulars and licence.
The defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges.
