Mr Soludo said the road dualisation formed part of the state’s ongoing infrastructural transformation.
“His legacy of service, courage, and vision continues to inspire leaders and citizens alike,” Mr Idris said.
Mr Radda said, “We will not disappoint you; we will continue to discharge our duties with honesty and dedication.’’
Mr Babangida, fondly called IBB, was Nigeria’s military ruler from 1985 to 1993.
“This is because the state belongs to us all. We are all stakeholders and it is never and can never be an exclusive preserve of a few,” he said.
