The army chief noted that President Bola Tinubu was also working to ensure that the officers and soldiers’ welfare remained top priority.
Mr Lagbaja said the army had initiated several welfare projects to directly impact the lives of soldiers and their families.
The truck was intercepted along Ajilete-Owode Road in Yewa North Local Government Area of Ogun on Saturday.
