Mr Idowu was charged with unlawful entry and stealing, to which he pleaded guilty after arraignment on Monday.
The magistrate adjourned the case until December 8 for hearing.
An Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court, Ibadan, on Tuesday ordered the remand of 11 men in prison custody over an alleged murder.
The magistrate, Gladys Oladele, did not take the defendants’ plea for want of jurisdiction.
The police prosecutor said that the defendant belonged to a secret society known as ‘Alora’ confraternity.
The prosecutor, Sergeant Samuel Owolabi told the court that the defendant committed the offences between 2024 and February 2025, at Monatan area of Ibadan.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against him.
The Magistrate, Gladys Oladele, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N500, 000 with two sureties in like sum.
The guard is being tried for negligence and stealing.
