The EFCC on April 7, 2025 arraigned Jaja, Abubakar and his company, Jasfad Resources Enterprise, as 1st, 2nd and 3rd defendants respectively.
The EFCC’s counsel said a counter affidavit was filed to oppose the application for bail.
Mr Adebutu was arraigned, alongside nine others, even as the federal government amended the charges against them.
He has alleged that Mr Abiodun did not win the majority of votes cast during the March 18 governorship election.
Mr Ararume claims he had suffered a loss of credibility and goodwill, untold emotional, mental and psychological trauma because of his alleged unlawful removal.
