“The governor has also asked us to warn the people about the flooding,” he said.
He urged the people to hold steadfast to the belief in the assured prosperous future of Edo and the nation.
The statement said the screening exercise is scheduled from Aug. 26 to Aug. 30 at 8 a.m.
“It is not right in any way for the military to be attacked in any community in Edo.”
He said that the structure of the campaign council was rooted in all the 192 wards across the state.
He reiterated his resolve to do more for the people.
He said the recent facility check survey by the directorate of quality assurance in the state, for instance, was impromptu and hasty.
In his speech, Mr Odigie-Oyegun appreciated the people of Edo, particularly Mr Obaseki, for the honour.
