Mr Mbah gave the assurance in an address at the 2025 National Workshop for Driving School Proprietors and Instructors held in Enugu on Thursday.
The former Enugu Rangers and Super Eagles coach died at the age of 74 on Saturday at the Niger Foundation hospital in Enugu.
According to him, the Enugu government has committed in ESUTH over N2 billion for a facelift.
Mr Mbah He said Nigeria’s current education model and spending could not deliver the much-needed speedy development and economic transformation.
He said that the programmes were designed in various ministries to reach the targeted 40,000 youths annually.
