Mr Otti said that his administration had started exploring new strategies to scale up commercial farming and optimising resource allocation across the state.
“We disagree with the judgment. We must obey the court orders as a law-abiding government,” said the Rivers governor.
The president, however, lauded the state government’s special attention given to them in palliative distribution.
Mr Soludo acknowledged that the 33-year-old wait for a befitting Government House and Governor’s Lodge would soon be over.
The signing ceremony was held on Monday at the Glass House, Government House, Lokoja.
Mr Otti said recent investigations revealed some civil servants were involved in pension fraud.
He underscored the importance of collaboration between government and security institutions.
He commended the governor for his commitment to the development of the education sector.
Mr Diri said, “There is no place that will survive without funds.’’
