Mr Otti said the new federal government’s policy was that states could toll such roads “if they want their money back.”
NLC has frowned at the federal government’s ‘no work, no pay’ policy, and highlighted that the union’s position remains ‘no pay, no work’.
Mr Obasanjo said, “If we are mismanaging what God has given us, we don’t have God to blame but ourselves.’’
Mr Otti said voting credible individuals into power would significantly boost the rebuilding agenda of the present administration.

Mr Otti said, “All the 90 roads were done by our Ministry of Works by direct labour, and some of them fit into our Zero Pothole Policy.”
Mr Otti added that the relocation was to allow ease in human and vehicular movements in the area.
