Mrs Mariya Tambuwal kicked against the use of children by politicians as thugs to cause violence during elections.
Tambuwal, two senatorial and 11 House of Representatives candidates have received campaign flags and assured the victory of PDP in the 2023 polls.
Mr Tambuwal says the victory of the party in Osun State was “a prelude to PDP’s bid to take over the entire South-West region.”
The state government stated that each of the 87 districts in Sokoto received N330,000.
He stepped down on Saturday.
