“The governor has pledged to settle all outstanding pensions and gratuities of civil servants before the end of his tenure,” Mr Iliya said.
“I am calling on the federal government and the Nigerian Army so that we can put our heads together,” said Mr Zulum.
The governor warned that anyone found violating the directive would face the full wrath of the law.
The new permanent secretaries are Adamu Isa-Abadam, Aja Gana-Bukar, Yabawa Kolo, Abdulkadir Mustapha and Hassan Abdullahi-Hassan.
