Mr Tsafe said that the problem was inherited from the previous government.
“We urge the APC to focus on genuine issues affecting Zamfara rather than resorting to baseless accusations and distractions,” the PDP spokesman stated.
APC said Zamfara residents had lost confidence in Governor Dauda Lawal’s ability to curb insecurity.
The commissioner said Zamfara had ineffective agricultural programmes and non-functional health facilities without manpower, expertise, or infrastructure.
