Suspected bandits on Tuesday abducted four female students of the College of Health Sciences and Technology, Tsafe, Zamfara.
The cars included brand new 2019 Cadillacs for 17 emirs, 13 senior district heads and 230 district heads.
During the onslaught, the police killed one bandit, recovered two AK47 rifles and one boxer motorcycle.
The seven rescued victims according to the police, were natives of Chibade village in Rijau LGA in Niger state.
A statement from the House said action taken by the house was in line with the provision of Section 188 (5) of the constitution, as amended.
The deputy governor, who has become leader of opposition party PDP in the state, is being accused of abuse of office and financial misappropriation.
Mr Abdullahi said the community had suffered more than 13 attacks, lost more than 50 persons and have spent over N200 million in the last two years as ransom.

The elders said bandits arrested by the military and vigilante groups and handed over to the police were being released back into the society.
The injured were taken to Yeriman Bakura Specialists Hospital, Gusau, for treatment while the dead were deposited at the morgue in the same facility.
