NDLEA says it intercepted no fewer than 399 pieces of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) being transported to Kaduna by a suspect.

Mr Adoro reiterated that the agency would not relent until all the drug barons in the state were nabbed.
Of the 3,091.032kg of hard drugs seized between January and now, cannabis sativa accounted for the largest seizure.
The spokesperson said the operation was also to support existing frameworks for battling violent crimes.
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), FCT command, seized 2,265.677g of drugs between January and March in the territory.
NDLEA seized 460.34kg of illicit drugs in Akwa Ibom in 2022 and arrested 348 suspects.
The agency recovered two locally-made guns, seven cartridges, two pieces of ammunition and 100,000 counterfeit dollars during the March operations.
The anti-narcotics office listed some recent breakthroughs of its agents across the country.
The drug kingpin was said to have mobilised members of his cartel to attack officers of the NDLEA.
