He said that the suspect was arrested in Sauka village on Jan. 21, and the kidnap victim rescued.
“As senior officers, you must be held responsible for any relapse in the security apparatus of the nation.”
The operators of the vehicles are currently being interrogated to determine their culpability.
The police command in the Federal Capital Territory has deployed adequate personnel to worship and recreational centres.

She said the deployment includes visibility policing at various places of worship and event centres across the FCT.
Mr Garba said three stolen vehicles, five firearms, 30 ammunition and other dangerous weapons were recovered from the suspects.
He said the JTF also carried out clearance operations in the bushes and forest bordering the FCT.
He said the attacks were at three different points, with the last barricade around Kwali Federal Capital Territory at about 4:20 p.m.
