KSCHMA has enrolled more than 1.2 million residents in its health insurance scheme as part of efforts to expand healthcare coverage.
Mr Abba made the proposal on Monday at the Kudan LGA Secretariat during the KADCHMA’s inauguration of the informal sector enrollment campaign into the scheme.
He said that an indigent required N7,000 to register for the scheme to access quality health care.
The deputy governor emphasised that a healthy population is central to building strong human capital for sustainable development.
The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has begun auditing remittances of monies deducted from workers’ salaries from 2010 to 2022.
