The judge adjourned the matter until October 26 for report of settlement.
Mr Kwankwaso explained that the institute, which is carved out of his Miller Road residence, henceforth belonged to humanity in general.
“Blasphemy, though an offence recognised by Nigerian law, is not subject to the whims of members of the public for enforcement,” Mr Adejobi said.
“The agency received a report from a journalist of an 11-year-old male who was physically assaulted by his father.
“As a judge, we are having a high rate of divorce, especially the rate in the FCT is so alarming.”
