He is currently the pro-chancellor and chairman of the governing council of the Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina.
According to Mr Radda, the bills will proactively address security, development management, land administration and revenue generation issues.
The governor further promised necessary moral and logistic support to the Katsina FRSC Command.
The institute will be dedicated to fight infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance.
“It is also aimed at ensuring that qualified and competent educators are entrusted with shaping the future of Katsina students.”
