The head of the ICPC team, Mary Oke, disclosed this on Saturday while tracking federal constituency projects in Osogbo, Ilobu, Kuta, and Ede.
Mr Yahaya disclosed that the projects, valued at N13.9 billion, commenced in 2022 and 2023.
Mr Umar appeared before the committee only once and thereafter avoided subsequent invitations.
Mr Alexander explained that corruption goes beyond pecuniary issues such as giving or collecting bribes.
He said the institute was working on modalities to sanitise the housing sector.

Mr Aliyu commended the awardees for their service to the commission.

Victor Umeh (LP-Anambra), who supported the bill, said it was a well-thought-out bill to fill the gaps left by the EFCC, ICPC, and other security agencies.
ICPC has announced the recovery of N13 billion diverted public funds in September.
