The announcement of Mr Famodun’s death was made by his son, David Famodun, on behalf of the family, in a statement on Sunday in Osogbo.
The Osun government has nullified the selection of Gboyega Famodun, a former APC chairman, as the traditional ruler of Igbajo in Boluwaduro LGA.
The directive was part of the six executive orders issued on Monday by the governor on his first day in office.
Mr Mustapha said that the defendants conspired with others at large and attempted to vandalise a community electricity transformer and other equipment.
