He said that the state’s cultural power stems from decades of refined intellect.
He said under APGA, the state had lost its place in commerce while many youths were jobless.
The government earlier queried the two traditional rulers for violating the state code of conduct for chieftaincy.
“The livelihood of the traditional rulers does not depend on selling chieftaincy titles or the N175,000 monthly stipend from the state government,” Mr Igwe stressed.
‘‘We may not have it right 100 per cent of the time but we must get it right 90 per cent of the time for this country,’’ he said.
He added that it would also expand Nigeria‘s free trade zone and facilitate her contribution to trade in Africa and the world.
