The police prosecutor told the court that the defendant committed the offences on September 5, at about 11.30.p.m at the Powerline Area of Oto-Awori, Ijanikin, Lagos.
Recalling her daily life in college, Ms Umeh said she learnt to “flow with the tide,” adding that she also had low moments, during which she felt like giving up.
He added that without a robust mass transit system, decongesting the roads would be difficult.
The vice president urged Nigerian doctors to stay back at home and not leave to seek greener pastures abroad.
The police command in Lagos says it arrested three suspected kidnappers in Ijanikin.
“When I became traditional ruler, I gave priority attention to education and security. So, I built the first police station in the town.”
The professor said that migration of doctors had become a challenge to the college in terms of having enough doctors to train.
She said the two daughters told the court their biological father began having sex with them when their mother died during childbirth in 2008.
They pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The feat placed the school as the third best in the latest edition of the African Code Challenge, involving 30 African countries.
