Justice Bello Kawu vacated the interlocutory order made on November 18, following the defence counsel, Shuaibu Aruwa, SAN’s application for the court to set it aside.

Mr Geidam said the commission had decentralised PVC to registration areas at ward levels.
“The Commission will meet and take a decision when it is served with a Certified True Copy of the judgement.”
The former senator scored 1,887 votes. His closest rival, Sanya Omirin, scored four votes, the return said.
