The suit was dismissed in the lead judgement prepared by Justice Adamu Jauro and delivered by Justice Emmanuel Agim on Friday.
The witness, also newly appointed Senate majority leader Bamidele Opeyemi, told the court that Mr Obi was a member of the PDP in Anambra State until May 25, 2022.
One of the documents was the admission letter offered to Mr Tinubu by the university.
In the application, Mr Adediran prayed the tribunal grant him more time to bring more witnesses in the interest of justice and fair hearing.
He urged the court to give the respondents three days to allow them inspect the documents before admitting them as evidence.
Justice Haruna Tsammani, chairman of the five-member panel of the court, adjourned hearing in the petition until Tuesday.
She also sought a perpetual injunction restraining Mr Sylva from presenting himself as the APC’s candidate for Bayelsa polls.
“I find it slightly difficult to understand why they are relying on the results from the IREV.”
This is contrary to the commission’s pledge ahead of the election that results would be uploaded from polling units as soon as voting ended on election day.
