Mr Aliyu said it was in the interest of justice for the court to grant the reliefs sought in the originating summons.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) recently released the list of candidates cleared for the election.
The plaintiff, in the suit dated and filed on June 4 by Mr Atabo, therefore, sought 12 reliefs.
