Justice Binta Nyako made the threat after Mr Kanu’s lawyer, Aloy Ejimakor, told the court that the legal team was not ready for the trial.
The police command in Imo said Tuesday it had arrested a wanted alleged terrorist.
The retreat also harped on the capacity of Ndigbo for self-sufficiency in food production.
“All law-abiding citizens of South-East Nigeria are all enjoined to continually provide timely, reliable and credible information,” said the army.
Operatives of the SSS arrested Mr Nwajagu over an alleged threat to invite members of the IPOB to Lagos to secure the properties of Igbo people in the state.

When the case was called, Mr Kanu, who was the applicant, was not represented in court while the defendants’ lawyers were present.
Mr Kalu hinted that arrangements were ongoing to ensure the separatist, who had been agitating for a Biafra nation, regains his freedom from jail.
The Supreme Court of Nigeria has upheld the treasonable charge against Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
“They were also planning to carry out attacks on our troops.”
