APC and Mr Sylva accused the tribunal of denying them their constitutional right to a fair hearing as required by law.
Mr Olumekun said INEC earmarked 20 days for political parties to upload the personal particulars and names of nominated candidates on the portal.
“Looking at present reality in the country, everyone, both the leaders and the led, have failed the country,” said Mr Abdullahi.
“After the problem with the upload was resolved, the commission noticed a high volume of uploads on the queue.”
Md Umoru cited a technical gaffe on the part of the party in the notice for the party primaries.
“I’m constrained to inform you that the Labour Party has exhibited little or no preparedness for the said ward congresses.’’
Mr Onuoha said the warning became necessary in view of the fact that INEC has not lifted the ban on campaigns.
“This election should not hold and should not stand. That is the PDP stand,” he said.
On Wednesday, the Labour Party suspended its national treasurer, Oluchi Opara, for six months for making false allegations against the party.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had earlier issued a certificate of return to Mr Sadauki.
