The chief judge of Kogi, Josiah Majebi, on Thursday freed two awaiting-trial inmates, Hassan Alfa and Umar Abubakar, at the Kabba Medium Security Custodial Centre.
According to Mr Nwakuche, the NCoS is leveraging its vast land resources and available manpower to support food production.
Ms Abdulmalik said that the inmates were freed following a thorough review of their case files.
Ms Dipeolu stated that the inmates released cut across the five correctional centres in the state.
Mr Jen made the call during a courtesy visit to the chief judge of the FCT High Court, Justice Husseini Yusuf, in Abuja.
Meanwhile, Mr Fanwo disclosed that Governor Usman Ododo has called for an investigation into the jailbreak.
The governor said that his administration would continue to provide the dividends of democracy to all and sundry.
The cleric advised the inmates to remain focused and showcase their talents to the world.
He said the service had 81,358 inmates nationwide, adding that 53,362 were awaiting trial.
He also added that 700 inmates are awaiting trial in various prison facilities across the state.
