The prosecutor, Insp. Olalekan Adegbite, told the court that the defendant committed the offences between August and October 21 at Idi-Ayunre, Ibadan.
Mr Adegbite said the defendant broke into the House of one Abiodun Adesola, damaged the ceiling and stole electrical wires worth N270,000.
The prosecutor said the defendants unlawfully possessed two locally made single barrel guns and one cartridge long gun without lawful justification.
After pleading guilty, the court’s president, Oluwabusayo Osho, sentenced Mr Alamu to a one-count stealing charge.
Mr Kolawole, the manager of Taoliyya Filling Station, Dalute on Akala expressway, Ibadan, was charged with theft and pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor said the defendant, who owns a hospital in Koloko Olopometa, Ibadan, caused the death of the pregnant woman by carrying out surgery on her unlawfully.
The police charged the trio with two counts of conspiracy and causing indignity to the corpse.
