Mr Usman maintained that not all gunshot victims were criminals, just as he reiterated the need for them to be given immediate medical attention.
Christopher Musa pledged the Armed Forces support to the police in ensuring that the states’ elections were free and fair.
“There are no punitive measures attached to the submission of the firearms. No one will be arrested or detained,” the police promised.
Mr Egbetokun noted that the equipment would afford training schools’ capacity to train more men, with more donations being made.
