The Abia government and a consortium of local and foreign investors have intensified efforts to establish a $145 million solar manufacturing plant.
The Abia government has expressed readiness to partner with Stanbic IBTC on infrastructure financing, targeting the proposed Abia Medical City, Obuaku Seaport and SME development.
The governor noted that the state government also criminalised unlawful appropriation of government property to safeguard public assets.
He said that the programme would run for three months.Â
The road runs through seven communities in Isiala Ngwa South and Obingwa LGAs.
Mrs Otti said the programme had been designed to be a proactive approach towards safeguarding the health and future of every Abia child.
