The Kaduna assembly has concluded the 2026 budget defence exercise for local government areas, following a bill seeking approval of N150.12 billion for the LG councils.

Mr Sani stated this on Saturday during a mega rally held at the Kafanchan Township Stadium, Kaduna.

Mr Rilwan noted that Nigeria is the world’s second-largest producer of ginger.
The certified LGAs are Jaba, Kaura, Giwa, Jema’a, Kudan, Kauru, Soba, Zangon Kataf, and Kubau.

The official said it was imperative for the communities to take ownership of the facilities in their domain to ensure protection and sustainability.
