Mr Marwa spoke with the injured officers by phone to wish them a speedy recovery.
The commission said the suspects would be charged to court upon completion of investigation.
Mr Gumel urged the committee to liaise with the NOC secretariat for administrative support.
“The teachers have resumed work and are ready to work. The students are also in school and ready for learning,” he said.
He said that during the police investigation also, the defendant confessed to having committed the crime.
