Mr Musk announced the launch of the “America Party” in a post on X on Saturday.
Mr Musk endorsed Mr Trump last July after the assassination attempt in Pennsylvania.
JPMorgan said on Tuesday that $55 million of the settlement will go towards local charities and victim support. Another $20 million will be spent on legal fees.
Ms Maxwell, who did not testify in her defence during the trial, apologised to the victims shortly before the sentence was handed down.
