He said such a partnership was imperative for enhancing tax administration to the mutual benefit of the state and the corps.
He said the council also approved the disbursement of N839 million to the 210 families affected by the Majia tanker explosion.
The approval was announced in a statement by Sagir Musa, Commissioner for Information, Youth, Sports and Culture, on Thursday.
He said the government received reports indicating insufficient distribution of the approved quantity and quality of meals.
