The spokesperson for ICPC, Azuka Ogugua, in a statement said that Mr Ojerinde was rearrested following a warrant issued by the Federal High Court, Abuja.
The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved a National Language Policy for all primary schools.
Ms Ogugua said the police officer was also awarded the sum of N1 million by the PSC, as reward and encouragement for maintaining the integrity of the police.
The commission said it had given the federal government N1.2 billion this year and intends to give more before the end of 2022.
The amendment of the JAMB Act, sponsored by Tolulope Sadipe (APC-Oyo), was read at the plenary on Thursday.
