“Therefore, the possibility of any one of them surviving is slim,” he said.
The crash was as a result of speed limit violation, FRSC said.
“The road crash resulted from wrongful overtaking; 26 persons were involved, 15 were injured, and, unfortunately, 11 others lost their lives.”
The injured victims are being treated at Bertholem Clinic, Kanbi, and the corpse deposited at the UITH.
Nineteen persons were involved in the lone crash, caused by over-speeding.
“The 11 corpses were taken to the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, while those who sustained injuries were taken to a nearby clinic for treatment.”
