Mr Adediran challenged the verdict at the Lagos Division of the Court of Appeal.
The court held that Mr Rhodes-Vivour would be a meddlesome interloper if he challenged any part of the judgment of Jandor’s petition.
He prayed the tribunal to remove Messrs Sanwo-Olu and Hamzat from office and declare Mr Rhodes-Vivour the governor of Lagos State.
Counsel to the two parties, Henry Bello and Francis Ese, respectively, had told the tribunal that their clients decided to withdraw the petitions.
The defendants were said to have been arrested by security operatives with knives, daggers and swords.
