The case was adjourned until December 9 for continuation of trial.
It took the intervention of police officers and a correctional service officer to stop the defendant, as they were able to hold one of his legs.
Evans was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment by Justice Hakeem Oshodi sometime in February 2022.
Mr Oshodi gave the warning on Monday as the trial of five men charged with the murder of one Ifeanyi Etunmuse began.
He held that the prosecution proved that the two defendants participated in the ambush of the SSS operatives.
Evans is facing four kidnapping charges at various high courts of Lagos State.
